Since purchasing the business in August 2022 we have grown our team, thereby bringing new and advanced skills into our services which include Te Reo [level 5], an experienced Legal Executive, an experienced transcriptionist well versed in Government administration and IT Policy implementation. The team and I will do everything to ensure Streamline Dictation Services sustains the same repute and standing that the business has enjoyed for so many years. We will continue to implement your requirements to the best of our ability.

Having returned from Hong Kong late 2019 following an offshore career in the banking industry delivering business improvement and technology projects across Asia Pacific, I have recently joined the team at Streamline Dictation."

I am currently studying te reo to add to Streamline's services. As the senior typist, I also hold the role of Team Leader. I have a typing speed of approximately 110 wpm."

I am a new member of the Streamline team. I previously have worked as a legal secretary in various fields of law for several years before completing my Legal Executive Diploma. I then worked for a government department in their legal team. I have been a stay at home mum for the last couple of years and during this time I have completed several Te Reo Māori courses through Te Wānanga o Aotearoa up to Level 4 and I am currently continuing with my learning of the language. My typing speed at present is 75wpm.

I have experience working in a variety of roles across government departments in both New Zealand and Scotland, from administration to IT via policy implementation and interview transcription. I have a typing speed of 80 wpm.

Geethal Fernando is the creator of our custom CRM System. Gethal Data Systems (GDSL) based in Paraparaumu is our management systems technology provider. Streamline uses the transcription management system known as G-Scribe developed by GDSL.
